Automatic Kiln Tyre Lubrication System

Prime Master SSP-KT automatic kiln tyre lubricating system is a customer care product that eases customer hassle in maintaining the kiln tyre.

Previously, customers need to manually spray the solid film lubricant onto the gap of kiln tyre and retaining block under very hot environment. The process has to be quick, so the effectiveness of lubrication was never able to be sure.

Prime Master SSP-KT is a pioneer product in this field by improving the following for our customers:

2) enable building the database of kiln tyre creep with lubrication for analysis
